Returns

RETURNS POLICY 

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return the unused, unworn goods in their original packaging and original labels attached, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. 

The buyer is responsible to cover return postage costs unless there was an error made from our behalf. 

We recommend that you use a reputable courier like Royal Mail, Parcel Force etc and that you retain proof of postage, as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit back to us. 

Please include your order details in the return package. 

Once we have received your goods, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your return. 

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used at the time the purchase was made. 

Please allow up 3-5 working days for the funds to appear back into your bank account.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We would like to offer our international customers the same hassle-free return process we offer to our UK returns. We ask that you kindly contact us at: info@sportsandsafety.com so that we may direct your return to the correct and closest international return hub to you.

 

RETURNS EXCLUSIONS

The following goods may not be returned for a refund unless faulty: 

  • Any worn item(s)
  • Any other item(s) that are not in their original packaging with their original labels attached 

FAULTY GOODS 

For purchases under 30 days from the date of receipt, we will exchange the faulty item at our expense. On returning the item please include proof of return cost so that we may reimburse this charge back to you. 

For purchases over 30 days from the date of receipt but less than 12 months old, please send the item to our return address along with a covering letter stating the fault, your order number or actual purchase date and your daytime contact telephone number. Once received, we will inspect the item and repair, replace or offer a like-for-like replacement or return the item if we feel there has been no manufacturing fault. Any item(s) purchased outside of our 12 month policy cannot be accepted.
